In Mirrors Speak, I hope to share with you the wisdom, insights and tips that I have gained over a life time of dealing with the challenges and adversity left behind by childhood traumas.

I will delve into how the scars left by their wounds wove themselves into the fabric of my adult life and how I was able to heal them and in turn heal my life.

My journey of healing these wounds has led to some of the most profound and gratifying changes in my life and I look forward to sharing them with you in hopes that you too might find the healing and peace that you are seeking in your own life.
